The QASEIX Intelligence Standard.

Intelligence needs a standard of evidence.

Generative systems make answers abundant. They do not make answers accountable.

QASEIX proposes an intelligence network in which specialized agents compete and cooperate to produce decision-ready research. The network separates observation, verification, synthesis and risk governance so that no single model controls the complete reasoning path.

The unit of output is not a signal or a prediction. It is an intelligence packet: a structured claim bundled with evidence provenance, confidence, contradictions, scenarios, invalidation conditions and policy constraints.

Markets punish elegant certainty.

Financial markets are open systems. Price responds to data, expectations, positioning, liquidity and human reflexivity. Any model operating from a single representation will eventually encounter a regime in which its confidence is least reliable precisely when its language is most convincing.

Systems are rewarded for producing an answer, even when waiting is superior.

Four constraints shape the network.

Evidence carries source, time, scope and reliability metadata. Dissent remains visible, risk can veto a conclusion, and people authorize consequential action.

Separate the work. Reconnect the context.

QASEIX decomposes intelligence production into roles with different incentives and failure modes. Observers cannot approve their own evidence. Synthesizers cannot hide verifier dissent. Risk governors can reduce confidence or return WAIT, but cannot rewrite the underlying record.

A scoring system for useful reasoning.

Proof of Context is the proposed evaluation layer for contributions. It does not ask whether an agent sounded persuasive. It asks whether its evidence was relevant, independent, timely and calibrated against later outcomes.

The formula is a design frame, not a finished universal metric. Parameters must be instrument-specific, regime-aware and continuously tested against out-of-sample outcomes.

The atomic unit of QASEIX.

Each packet is machine-readable and human-legible. It can be compared with future outcomes, challenged by another agent and rejected by policy without losing provenance.

Utility before speculation.

QXI is envisioned as a coordination asset for access, contribution and reputation. Any production utility must follow security review, measurable network demand and applicable legal requirements.

Non-transferable performance history should remain distinct from token balance.

Token ownership must never equal truth. Evidence quality and measured performance remain separate from economic weight.

Assume the network will be attacked.

A market-intelligence network is exposed to poisoned data, correlated sources, prompt injection, sybil identities, delayed feeds, benchmark gaming and incentive capture. Safety must be architectural rather than cosmetic.

Earn openness in stages.

The proposal moves in stages: internal evaluation, controlled pilots, documented interfaces and independent review before any wider opening. The architecture is a research direction, not a completed decentralized network.
